Justin Mayers is a former Senior Account Manager at a top international Recruitment Company in the UK.
15 years ago, after a decade of living in London, he decided to forego the monotony of City living, and embark on a career in Scuba Diving.
Since then, Justin has gone from PADI Divemaster to PADI Platinum Course Director, a title he has held for the 5th consecutive year.
All of this has been accomplished at one of the most successful PADI Career Development Centers in the world.
Justin boasts over 2,000 certifications at PADI diver level, over 1,200 PADI professional certifications, and has taught more than 100 Instructor Development Courses during his years as a Course Director.
Justin is also a skilled EFRI Instructor, exceeding 600 certifications, as well as an Instructor Trainer in over 18 different PADI specialties.

Mohammed Adel PADI Course Director Egypt
Mohammed started diving in Egypt in 1996 where he did his entry level course while studying accounting at Alexandria University; managed to get some working experience as a diver in Alexandria and three months later back in 1999 he started his dive master.
In 2000, Mohammed moved to the Red Sea and started to work as full time dive master moving between Hurghada, Safaga, El Quesir and Marsa Alam, where he gained experience as a PADI professional.
In 2002, he attended his PADI instructor development course and became a PADI instructor; right after, in 2003, he started to work on a 5 star PADI IDC Centre and progressively moved up the ladder in the PADI system becoming a PADI IDC staff in 2004.
Between 2004 and 2009, Mohammed worked as Operations Manager for The Dive Tribe – one of the top 5 star diving centres located in El Gouna, Red Sea, in his mind there still was the idea to move upwards in the PADI system.
In 2008, Mohammed was selected to attend the Course Director Training Course in Malaysia and became the youngest Egyptian PADI Course Director early that year.
