Kurumba Maldives in June

Kurumba Maldives in June

This month we have had really amazing times and we have had a lot of fun while also looking after the environment!

On World’s Ocean Day, Euro Divers Kurumba hosted an underwater cleanup in Kurumba’s House Reef.

We had five people that signed up plus instructors Murielle, Gabriela and Dmitrii.

With this activity we cleaned some of the debris that washes up to the island while at the same time we created some awareness about being more responsible of how we dispose our waste.

We want to thank once again everyone that joined and we hope more people join for future activities like this one.

Who says that Manta season is still not here?

On mid-November we had an amazing encounter with four mantas in the cleaning station at Sunlight Thila.

These mantas stayed with us the whole dive and we had the luck to watch them while they were getting cleaned. Our instructor Dmitrii took pictures of these beautiful animals and with this images Manta trust could ID them and informed us that their names are Scotch, Stine, Willy and Vaidas.

It was such a pleasure to see this majestic creatures! PHOTOS

We want to congratulate Gabriela Farias on her promotion to Assistant Manager in Euro Divers Kurumba.

This lovely instructor comes from Mexico and she will be happy to help you have the best diving holiday possible!

With such an amazing month we are now looking to see what July has to offer!

We will be waiting for you to come have some diving adventures with us!
